Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or exchange of a new and unworn hat within 30 days of its receipt (this does not include the shipping cost).

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping to our facility. International customers are responsible for all shipping charges in regards to an exchange or return. If there is an issue such as a defect or damaged item please contact us at before sending any item back.
